Through a collaboration between IBM Watson Health and the Broad, we developed interactive data visualizations like the Swimmer Plot seen here that allows researchers to track participants undergoing cancer therapy. They can see when each patient underwent a treatment, surgery, clinical trial, etc. as well as when resistance arose. Other types of visualizations are monitoring exactly what mutations may be driving not just one but often multiple resistance mechanisms.
