G2P

The Genomics 2 Proteins (G2P) portal is a discovery site to link genetic screening outputs to protein sequence and structure. It includes data from multiple data resources at different resolutions, including protein sequence annotations from UniProt and PhosphositePlus, mutation data from ClinVar, HGMD, and gnomAD, and PDB and AlphaFold structures.
