RepHub

The Drug Repurposing Hub is an annotated collection of all of the drug compounds that have entered clinical trials. It was created to facilitate the discovery of new uses for existing drugs, from pre-clinical to launched, including drugs that cleared safety hurdles but failed in efficacy for their intended purpose. We redesigned their website, and then redesigned and developed the Repurposing App with improved UX, new visualizations, and a new interface to view drug compounds.

Five pills stand in a row, each with a different color. A black arm in a hand-drawn sketch style is reaching from the top of the image down to the pill on the most left side. The hand is pulling a 'skin' off of the pill to reveal a new color underneath. Next to the hand, text on the image reads compounds that reveal hidden identities as cancer cell killers.
